We Design Homes, Not Houses
Our ambition is to improve and enhance people’s quality of life through considered architecture alongside a thoughtful approach to sustainability and the environment – whatever the scale.
Our work is most rewarding when we design homes that improves people’s quality of living, gives them a sense of belonging, and ultimately makes them happy.
Community-Focused
While we design each home for an individual, we also understand the role that good architecture has in building a sense of community. At the start of each project we go through a process of discovery to understand the needs of the community before designing spaces that can strengthen ties and relationships between individuals.
This approach was key when developing our design of the Chi Winder Homeless Centre, which provides temporary accommodation for people within the Redruth and Camborne area. It also provides support and training facilities to help homeless people rebuild their lives.
Technology
We work hard to give our clients a clear vision of our designs which is why we use HTC Vive virtual reality headsets so that they can really envisage themselves in the space and understand the finer details of the design.
Trewin Design Architects were one of the first Architects in the South West to be able to offer their clients the chance to take a virtual reality tour of their project. We have collaborated with an award-winning local company, Triangular Pixels, to ensure that our clients get the very best experience.
