The W Club provides a high-quality luxury leisure and spa facility to the award winning Whalesborough Farm holiday cottages. The building comprises of an indoor swimming pool, gym, spa, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi.

The design is a simple floor plan with a stepped mono-pitch roof. This echoes the gentle falls of the surrounding countryside. The palette of materials and detailing reinforces the character and quality of the building.

The W Club is a Timber frame construction, incorporating high levels of fabric insulation. The building is orientated to utilise the benefits of solar gain. Heated by a wood pellet boiler and powered by wind turbine, the building maximises the use of renewable energy which together with a modern state of the art LED lighting system results in a highly energy efficient building.

The W Club and the 5-star holiday cottages, Weir café and restaurant, surrounding wetlands and woodland walks has won numerous awards both architecturally and within the tourism industry.
